Harrisburg’s Zembo Shrine was the site of the 2025 City & State PA Power 100 reception, where some 200 attendees mingled, listened to speeches and honored those named to the annual list, now in its ninth year.

Hosted by abc27’s Dennis Owens (a City & State advisory board member), the evening featured keynote remarks by Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt and State Treasurer Stacy Garrity before recognizing the commonwealth’s most politically powerful individuals, including those in the photos below.
